Project Description: The Proposed Project Work Includes;

  • Provision of amended drawings for Building License Approval
  • Construction of The Proposed Unit Development

For our Client on their selected Development Site in the Byford Industrial Area.

Mapel Building provided quality advice and a comprehensive proposal, at Concept stage, prior to drafting a Contract for these works.

Our Original Client Proposal took into account the already completed Client Drawings & Building Design Requirements including The Client’s and Project’s Requirements for;

  • Development Aesthetics,
  • Building Functionality
  • Statutory / Regulatory Code and Scheme Compliance Requirements

During the Quotation process we were able to identify and provide savings in the required Engineering Design for this project.

The process towards Construction included the finalisation of the amended submission to COuncil and the Construction works as required to complete this development.

The above is all undertaken in accordance with the firm schedule outlined in our Contract and with an onus on our accountability and need for responsiveness to the requirements of our client and all of the project stakeholders throughout this process.
