Project Description: The Proposed Project Work Includes;

  • The Complete Design and Construction of The Proposed Industrial Warehouse & Storage Yard  Development,

For our Client on their selected Industrial Development Property situated in Element Precinct in the new Rockingham Industry Zone, of Landcorp’s Latitude 32 Land Release Project.

Mapel Building provided quality advice and a comprehensive proposal, at Concept stage, prior to drafting a Contract for these works.

Our Original Client Proposal took into account Building Design Requirements including The Client’s and Project’s Requirements for;

  • Development Aesthetics,
  • Building Functionality
  • Engineering Design and Related Cost Saving Economies, as well as the necessary
  • Statutory / Regulatory Code and Scheme Compliance Requirements.

The process towards Construction includes the further development of Our Original Client Proposal and our Our Contract by Mapel Building’s undertaking of all of the necessary;

  • Project Design Drawings,
  • Civil and Structural Engineering Design Development,
  • Detail Drafting and
  • Council Planning / Development Approval and
  • Building License Approval Submissions

On behalf of our Client, to achieve all of the Necessary Approvals and Construction Documentation required for this Development.

The above is all undertaken in accordance with the firm schedule outlined in our Contract and with an onus on our accountability and need for responsiveness to the requirements of our client and all of the project stakeholders throughout this process.
