Project Description: The Proposed Project Work Includes;

  • The Partial Redesign & Complete Construction of The Industrial Tank Farm & Chemical Stroage Facility and Associated site & Civil Works,

For our Client on their selected Industrial Development Property situated in the New Tonkin Business Park in Bassendean.

Mapel Building provided quality advice and a comprehensive proposal, at Tender stage, prior to drafting a Contract for these works.

Our Original Tender Submission took into account existing Development & Building License Approval Plans and associated Building Design Requirements including The Client’s and Project’s Requirements for;

  • Development Serviceability,
  • Development Functionality,
  • Engineering Design and Related Cost Saving Economies, as well as the necessary
  • Statutory / Regulatory Code and Scheme Compliance Requirements.

The process towards Construction includes the further development of Our Original Client Proposal and our Our Contract by Mapel Building’s undertaking of all of the necessary;

  • Amendments to Project Design Drawings,
  • Modified Civil and Structural Engineering Design Development,
  • Detail Drafting and
  • Amended Building License Approval Submissions

On behalf of our Client, to achieve all of the Necessary Remaining Approvals and Construction Documentation required for this Development.

The above is all undertaken in accordance with the firm schedule outlined in our Contract and with an onus on our accountability and need for responsiveness to the requirements of our client and all of the project stakeholders throughout this process.
