What Documentation Work do Mapel Building carry out for their clients.Service is the ethos of Mapel Building everywhere.

Mapel Building are able to prepare a firm project scope and pricing at Concept/Proposal stage and then following award of a Building Contract proceed to submit for all necessary Local Authority Development/Planning and Building Licenses Approvals prior to proceeding with works onsite.

Mapel Building manages the design work associated with the project in house including the elements of works specification, project pricing, design and detail drawings, certified engineering design, panel lift design, project management and supervision, to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

Mapel Building do not carry out design work on a standalone or charge out basis. Consultant design firms do charge for this work and you would likley expect to pay a significant cost in addition to your base building price to have the design done as a standalone item for your project.

What is Mapel Building’s policy in regard to sourcing local products and materials.

Wherever possible Mapel Building endeavor to source locally made or supplied products and local labour or subcontractors to ensure the quality of the products and work that is built into every Mapel Building is of the highest standard and that the money we spend stays in WA.

Are there any types of work that Mapel Building does not undertake?

Mapel building currently do not cater for work involving aspects of;

  • Residential Construction
  • Standard or mass produce Farm Sheds
  • Multi Storey (high-rise being more than two storey construction) and inner city work.
  • Design work on work that is to be constructed by others.
