Mapel building was awarded the contract to refurbish and extend the existing warehouse and offices in Kelmscott, for relocation of Bourgault Australia’s new WA headquarters.
Works included; a new 2 storey modern office, fully equipped with all inclusions and NCC requirements, and removal of part of the main warehouse roof, which then needed raising to 1800mm across 2250m2.
This project was won on Mapel Building’s promise of superior service and client satisfaction which can only be delivered by Perth’s Premier Commercial and Industrial Building Company.
This project required also required a specially designed concrete to suit the client’s work site activities. This concrete was designed in house by our Chartered Structural Engineer Matthew Roberts.
The pour is set up for a 70-tonne forklift to be able to work on and is 300mm thick with N12 bars at 250 centres at the bottom and SL72 mesh in the top all poured with 40MPA Concrete
